Public Offer
Convenience English translation for Luxminex SaaS subscriptions and Robokassa payments.

1. General Provisions
This Public Offer sets out the terms under which the Luxminex service operator provides paid access to the Luxminex SaaS platform. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with these terms.
Service website: https://luxminex.com. Support, payment, refund, security, privacy, account, and legal notices are handled through support@luxminex.com.
2. Service
Luxminex provides SaaS access for organization workspaces, confidential deal workspaces, participant management, document collaboration, messaging, audit visibility where available, partner directory access where available, subscription plans, and paid features.
Current limits for Free, Professional, and Business plans are defined by the active Luxminex plan configuration and shown on the pricing and subscription settings pages.
3. Acceptance
The offer may be accepted by registration, use of the service, creation of a payment request, checking the required legal agreement checkbox, payment through Robokassa, or use of paid features after activation. The checkbox is never preselected and the payment redirect is not created without explicit acceptance.
4. Payment and Activation
Payments are processed by Robokassa. Luxminex backend creates the payment request, fixes the plan, amount, billing period, and invoice ID, and then generates the payment URL. The frontend never controls the final amount.
Subscription access starts only after Luxminex receives and verifies Robokassa's server-to-server ResultURL notification. A SuccessURL browser return alone does not activate the subscription.
For the MVP flow, a confirmed monthly payment activates the selected plan for one month, and a confirmed annual payment activates it for one year. The selected paid plan replaces the current plan from the payment date without complex proration.
5. Refunds
Refund requests should be sent to support@luxminex.com with the organization, payment, plan, and reason. Used periods are not refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by the operator.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, inability to provide paid access, or verified technical issues. Actual refund processing depends on Robokassa and payment-provider procedures.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, protect account access, use the platform lawfully, and avoid malware, illegal content, unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, circumvention, or misuse of confidential workspaces.
7. Confidentiality and Personal Data
Luxminex provides confidential collaboration infrastructure, but it does not replace NDAs or other agreements between deal participants. Users remain responsible for the materials they upload and share.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. For payments, Luxminex shares with Robokassa only data required to process and confirm payment.
8. Availability, Liability, and Law
Luxminex takes reasonable measures to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting outages, network issues, Robokassa outages, and provider failures may occur. Luxminex does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or investment advice.
The operator's liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed subscription period unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The Russian Federation is the governing law unless changed in a later legally approved version.
